Join us for an immersive Sound Bath Healing experience led by Reiki and Meditation practitioner Ritu Kaur in the inspiring setting of the gallery, surrounded by contemporary art. Using the resonant tones and vibrations of singing bowls, Ritu will guide participants into a state of deep relaxation and meditation.

Held in an intimate gallery setting with a limited number of participants, this experience offers a comfortable and welcoming environment where you can fully relax, connect with the sound, and benefit from personalized attention within a small group.

A sound bath is a restorative practice that uses harmonious frequencies to help calm the nervous system, ease physical tension, and encourage emotional well-being. As the sounds wash over you, the vibrations can help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and create space for reflection and inner balance.

No prior experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, relax, and allow yourself to be immersed in a unique sensory experience where sound and art come together.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on. Mats will be provided to those who do not have one, included in the workshop fee.
