Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath session, guided by wellness practitioner Ritu Kaur. This immersive experience combines the soothing vibrations of a sound bath with gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, creating a multi-sensory journey toward calm and inner balance.
As the resonant tones of crystal bowls and other healing instruments wash over you, you’ll be gently guided through breathing techniques and mindful movement to help activate the body’s natural relaxation response, reduce tension, and quiet the mind. Meditation and breath awareness will be woven throughout, enhancing your connection to the present moment.
Based in Newmarket and Aurora, Ritu draws from her background in Reiki, meditation, and holistic movement to support emotional, energetic, and physical well-being. Her approach is compassionate and accessible to all levels, offering a safe and nurturing space for rest and renewal.
