As your design partner, I’m committed to bringing your unique vision to life, right down to the smallest detail. Whether it’s optimizing layouts, curating the perfect color scheme, or finding those special pieces that tell your story, I’m here to make it happen.

Katie Micak, Director/ Founder of Micak Contemporary Art Gallery

Katie Micak brings over 20 years of experience in the arts. She holds a BFA from Western University and an MFA in Video Art from Syracuse University. Her career spans directing galleries, curating international exhibitions, and collaborating with institutions such as the Phillips Collection in Washington, D.C.

Katie has led Propeller Gallery in Toronto, managed exhibitions and residencies at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga, and founded Vector Festival, an internationally recognized digital art event. She has also taught at the university level and worked as an independent curator across Canada.

Returning to her hometown of Aurora, Katie established Micak Gallery to connect the community with exciting, collectible artwork through her global network of artists and advisors.
